Méthode : approche qualitatif avec orientation phénoménologique-herméneutique. On a réalisé des interviews approfondis et groupes focaux a 30 mères communautaires d´Antioquia. Résultats : ces mères considèrent aux enfants comme fils d´eux-mêmes ; elles sont capables de les attirer de manière discursive et continuent en s´occupant d´eux même si ils sont allés. Conclusions : l´exercice de l´attention, quand est vécu comme une vocation, rendre possible la reconnaissance mutuelle et la reconfiguration d´identité de manière permanent des enfants et les mères communautaires.
