Abstract

Technological advancement is significantly changing roles and responsibilities at work. How can we balance technological efficiency with the human need for meaningful and satisfying work? People management is challenged by the new paradigm that emerges with the speed of technological advancement, which requires organizations to adapt and adjust people strategies to optimize talent and productivity. Human resource management experts must modify their tactics and procedures in this era to keep up with the rapid pace of technological improvements (Sharma, 2018).
